Hi, I would like to introduce myself and to tell you a bit about me. My name is Linda Frankson born and razed in Canada, I was the second oldest of-of 6 siblings of Canadian decent. My learning curve in an alternative holistic venture started way back in the early 1980's. At the time I was living in Costa Rica Central America. Where I met a Latin American of Costa Rica and moved to San Jose Costa Rica, in 1973 we were married. My youngest sibling came to Costa Rica in 1975 to finish his education and move on to a higher level, as it was a much easier highway to follow. Between 1975 and 1980 there were ups and downs in his Education but in the early 1980's he met a very prominent Acupuncturist and became very interest in the art of Aquaculture. This professional took him under his wing, he became his prodigy. Thought out his learning period I became very involved and learned much. I didn't learn the art of acupuncture but became very good at finger-puncture which uses the same meridian points instead of needles. We all go through learning curves that are to do with life's experiences, these are tools that we learn how to cope with things around us but we also learn skills that we can share with others. For 10 years I was able to help people Spiritually, as I have always been very close to the Spirit all my life. Though my own trails and tribulations I found and I was better able to implement into my life to find balance and help others do also. Which I found was very fulfilling for me.When I moved back to Canada I found EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) with the use of taping on the same meridians as Acupuncture. Then later on in life, I found Kinesiology commonalty known as muscle testing. Through understanding the body and the marvelous wonders of how the body has the capacity of healing itself far beyond that of Western Medicine. The holistic approach is not evasive nor addictive. Though all my many years and as a housewife, mother, hairdresser by trade, getting divorced remarrying and becoming a widow. Then moving back to Canada and becoming a mother again to my grandson because my daughter is mentally handy capped from birth and also through her pregnancy acquired Type 2 diabetes, this put me on the road to finding holistic alternatives, to help her. In doing so... I found much much more than that. Now I find myself in a cross road. All my life I have been helping people Spiritually, mentally and physically, so what if I could put all this experience into action and helping people. Not just on a one on one basis but throughout the Internet.
As I travel down this road on my journey, there have been times that I have had to take a break. It can become very confusing with all the medical terms. At times it can become mind-boggling to the point that I would have to step back and let the information absorb. Then there were times that I would make a breakthrough and couldn’t stop writing and the mind would run a mile a minute.
The Mind Part Two of This Series:
The mind goes hand in hand with the physical self also a very large part of the emotional and spiritual self. You have heard of the saying mind over matter. The mind which is housed in the brain (sometimes including the central nervous system). the components within the brain are what makes everything work, every action we have comes from the mind.
This is a four-part series of the four aspects of the human body. Why because I would like to take you on my journey.
Physical, mental, emotional and Spiritual, because this is how I see my journey, and the things I encountered along this path. My understanding that there are four parts of the body that will bring you into a better healthier life with balance.
The physical is how I started and it takes in the greater part of my writing. Each and every one of us is unique and different. To understand this there is a lot of back reading. There is not one person that is the same. We each have our way of persevering a truth.
Along this path, if there is something that will help another to find their way then I have accomplished what I have set out to do. One thing that we all have in common and I think you will agree with me. We all learn by experience.
Experience, some might find it earlier on in life and some later on in life. Depending on the road that you have taken. Some might have gone down into the depth of despair before we take matters into our own hands. No matter how your journey has played out there is always a better way and we tend to find it one way or another. It doesn’t matter it only matters that you are here and now reading my story.
Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritually There is always a better way
It’s 3:30 in the morning and I can’t sleep there are so many things going on in my mind so I thought I would write some of it down
I have been on this road of learning trying to understand why all this information is flowing to me. Physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, how it has affected me. The minds power to heal itself.
I have you been following Journey Through ASIA by Ty& Charlene Bollinger truth about Cancer, I have taken a lot from it and has helped me in my work as it is exactly what I have been promoting. Oriental is innovative to all diseases, not just cancer but cancer is the #1scare factor about death.
The worst state of mind that you can say to people because death is an area that the normal human beings have no control over because they don’t know what happens after death or if there is a life after death.
This state of mind will actually propagate any disease known to the medical world. Or better said stop and decrease your rate of you surviving.
Always searching for always looking for a better way!
A couple of weeks have passed and I can honestly give a good review of what has happened with my own health problems. First I need to make it clear that all this work I have been doing I honestly thought it was about helping my daughter and grandson not taking in account my own health issues but somewhere in the back of my mind I was working for three of us. Always searching for always looking for a better way.
Just recently I came across this healing Techniques PaidoLajin by Master Xiao Hong ChiIn self-healing. Then there was a book sent to me by a very dear friend I would like to share with you, the letter I sent her. Then I will add a few words at the end to tie it all together. this all has to do with my journey to self-healing my family members. But in the end, it is all about finding helping.
My search in self- healing has been long and my research has been extensive. Two years ago I started this web site, ” Always a Better Way” to your health as Mother Nature Intended.
My daughter is Mentally handicapped from birth there were many hours of labor and she was finally delivered through cesarean birth. At the time there was no indication that she was disabled but as she grew I noticed that her development was slow and we had her evaluated at the age of two.
Always a Better Way to your Health as Mother Nature Intended an introductory to Master Xiao Hong Chi In self healing. I have placed it in three parts first to get to now his story. than part 1 and then part 2 of the PaidoLajin Technique.
I have always believed that the body has it’s own capacity to heal. I was introduced just recently to this fascinating Techniques PaidoLajin and would like to share it with you and the most interesting part is that it is free for all to have.

I am not Complaining! Just doing things in a different way, there is always a better way.
Still haven’t gotten back to posting. Because there are a few things that I have had to figure out. Working with my grandson and not having the financial means to have laboratory testing done to see how he is metabolism is responding I can only go by my mussel testing skills and what I have seen for myself.
Documenting the things that I have done helps me better analysis and figure things out. Right now I have been getting new material through the internet and so I have been doing a lot of reading. So far most of the materials are somewhat similar to my own conclusions.
