The most common interpretation of Kinesiology is called muscle testing, the usage of your own energy in your electrical system and that flows throughout our bodies and muscles. The Self-muscle testing Technique is becoming a big question about what it is and how to us it.
I will walk you through kinesiology step by set. My understanding goes back many years before I even came across kinesiology as a tool to better health.
As children we thought it was magical, my mother took a sewing needle and threaded it. Placing the needle in a downward position over the palm of her hand, then she asked a question that would respond to a simple yes or no. If the question was yes this type of pendulum would make a circular motion. If the answer was no it would sway back and fourth.
We thought she was making the needle move until we tested it out for ourselves. Magically we would get answers. As a child, we knew what the answer was. Then we would make a negative statement and guess what the pendulum would sway back and fourth, we thought this was neat.
All natural health remedies for my ongoing search to bring Jessy, Melissa and myself into a common denominator to heal us from this crippled world we live in. There’s always a better way as mother nature intended.
Ok, I have been stumbling around trying to move back into Jessy’s story, there is so much to cover and I feel that I will not make it into the next page but I am going to try.
At the time of his accident, I had no idea that down the road I was going to have so many trials. His little head was split from the center of his eyes in a horseshoe like manner to his right ear. There was no other way to stop the bleeding to save his life. I am forever eternally grateful for those that stepped in and helped save his life.
There is “always a better way” and I have always tried to find and follow up with finding a better way. I have talked about my daughter Melissa and her type 2 Diabetes and wrote a bit about Jessy, my grandson. I wish there was an easier way to explain my own personal findings. “But there isn’t!” I am going through a cycle of giving up my cause and retreating back into my wee small world.
Today I have a newly renewed vigor to keep going. I had a very sinking feeling this weekend about how I was going to keep going with all the stress of everyday living. And especially that I am out of work at this time and I am living on credit!
You see this is not about me, it’s about three dependents that I have, all with diverse health problems. There is so much out here on the subject of Health and health care but for me, I need to find the common denominator that will target “all of us”. That seems to be a task that I would not be able to accomplish. Or so it “!seems!”
In my search for helping Melissa, I have come across many sites that are working on weight loss, number one industry on the market today. There is always someone coming up with a better way. The most recent are the Smoothies. There are literately hundreds of smoothie recipes on the market. I have tried many forms of weight loss imaginable with limited results.
1. I am working with a learning disability.
2. Dieting doesn’t work because of disorder in her eating habits
3. Dietary supplements worked for a short time then stopped working
4. Protein shakes didn’t work.
5. Smoothies were working to a degree but not on the scale that was needed.
I have walked you through a few of my concerns an understanding of the dilemma we are facing in our society in the Medical world. This is not a scientific study and I am not a professional in the world of science. These are personal observations and my own conclusions, and understandings. How I came across them in everyday life and how I have used them in my own world. They are not to be taken as a total truth as there is ‘always a better way; in that anything that I have written in this post, or posts. It is my hope the given information and personal histories, will be of help to those that are searching for understanding in their way… finding a better way. In that manner, I am honored to be of service.
The early years when Meli arrived in Canada, were the hardest. For most people making a trip to another country would be an adventure, but for Meli. It wasn’t, she left behind everything that was familiar to her childhood. Where people knew her, all her life a culture, that permitted her to be linguistically independent in her Latino Culture. Meli is very sociable, loves meeting other people, to come to Canada, with no understanding of English. Extremely frustrating for Meli, to effect her emotionally, and greatly exaggerate her health conditions to the point of acting out in rages. At first, it wasn’t so bad everything being so new. But that was short lived.
